I have trained in London and the US with Balanced Body, Body Control Pilates, The Garuda Studio, and Movement Anatomy Essentials. My sessions are inclusive and adaptive, designed to meet you where you are and support your goals, whether it’s building flexibility, recovering from injury, or simply making time for yourself.
